A/C Heating + Cooling

Outdoor Shower

Stainless steel outdoor shower mounted directly to the facade. Hot and cold water connected to your module's plumbing. Ready to use the day you move in, whether it's after the beach, the garden or a morning wake-up in the open air.

Built-in Bench

3-metre window bench with hidden storage along the full length. 58 cm deep as standard, expands to 110 cm to become a single bed for guests. Runs the entire wall so you read, sleep or store in one piece of furniture that never moves.

What's Included

Every Mikuu is built on a C24-grade structural timber frame with full thermal insulation, double-glazed windows, metal sheet roof, complete electrical wiring, and interior wall and ceiling finish. Exterior and interior lighting fitted as standard. FSC®-certified charred wood facade included in every configuration. The base price covers a fully finished, weather-tight shell ready to live in. Kitchen, bathroom and extras are added through the configurator above so you only pay for what you choose.

Building Permit

Permit rules vary by country, municipality and plot type. Some modules qualify as permit-free depending on size and placement. We strongly advise booking a consultation so we can assess your specific situation before you commit. If a permit is required, our certified architect can handle the full application process on your behalf as an additional service.

Terrace

Need a wooden terrace for your plot? We build it through our vetted construction partners who work to our standards and deliver on our timeline. Choose between trykimprægneret (standard) or Thermowood (premium, chemical-free, longer lifespan). Matched materials, coordinated delivery and one point of contact instead of managing a separate contractor yourself. Foundation and ground preparation included as standard with every module.
